It is modelled on American clubs which offered a retreat for gentlemen after work to read or enjoy a good conversation, after which they would return home to their families. This snugly comfortable room is best enjoyed with a drink from the adjacent bar and offers the perfect atmosphere to relax with a newspaper, a round of backgammon or a game of chess.
